Fortunately, it is not necessary that all individuals acquire the level of detailed knowledge provided by this course. The core ideas for a viable free society are those of individual responsibility, independence, and freedom, illustrated below in simple language.

RESPONSIBILITY: If I use my mind and act responsibly, then I can achieve a good life; if I do not, then I must be prepared to accept the consequences.

INDEPENDENCE: A condition of independence, in which one is permitted to use one's own mind to make one's own decisions, is best and proper for human beings.

FREEDOM: In a free society, every individual's right to his or her life, liberty, and property must be recognized by everyone, including the government.
